Pump and metering

Pump and metering

Accurate commercial dispensing.

  • Single-phase belt-driven pumping unit with air separation.
  • Available at 50, 70 or 90 litres per minute; 70 LPM is standard.
  • Four-piston displacement meter calibrated to forecourt accuracy.
  • Meter accuracy is ±0.5%.
  • Automatic cut-off nozzle and steel-braided hose, sized for the filling position.

Delivered flow depends on the tank supply and vehicle filling arrangement. Hose reach and the automatic cut-off nozzle are matched to the filling position.

Identification and keypad entries give the metered fuel issue its driver, vehicle and odometer context in FMO.

  • Datatag, DataDisk vehicle-mounted identification, Datacard or magnetic-stripe card.
  • Full alphanumeric, multi-choice alphanumeric or numeric keypad options.
  • Datatag uses secure read/write authentication to identify authorised users or vehicles.
Site connection

Communications hardware

Connect the managed unit to the network available at your site.

  • 4G/LTE mobile data connects the managed unit to FMO without requiring fixed broadband at the fuel point.
  • LAN/WAN, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, RS232 and RS485 options are supported. Roaming SIMs and connection options.
