What it is. What it does. Where it fits.

A dual-pump dispenser for sites that need two simultaneous fuelling points with access control and separate transaction records.

01

What is it?

A twin integrated fuel management dispenser with two pumps, two meters, two motors and two dispensing sides.

02

What does it do?

It allows two managed dispenses at the same time and can be configured for the same fuel or different compatible products.

03

Who normally uses it?

Busier depots, mixed-fuel sites and fleets that need two vehicles or operators to refuel without sharing one hose.

04

What does it control?

Both internal pumps and compatible external pumps, with a stated maximum control capability of up to eight pumps in total.

05

Where does it fit?

It becomes the central twin dispensing point, with both sides reporting through the wider Fueltek FMO installation.

FT4000AP Twin equipment

Hardware Two independent pumps.

The FT4000AP Twin combines two independent pumping units with Fueltek fuel management. It can be configured as a single-sided or double-sided unit, and each side can use different access methods or dispense different products.

Key capabilities

What the FT4000AP Twin provides

  • Two pumps, two meters and two motors can operate simultaneously.
  • Can control additional external pumps, with up to eight pumps controlled in total.
  • Single-sided or double-sided configurations are available.
  • Different access arrangements can be specified on each side.
  • Supports same-product or mixed-product configurations such as diesel, gas oil and AdBlue.
Flexible twin configuration

Flexible twin configuration

Each side can use its own access arrangement, while FMO holds the configured fuel records for the installation.

  • Different access devices can be fitted to each side.
  • Numeric keypad and Datatag can be paired with fuel-card or QWERTY-style access on the opposite side.
  • Each pump can operate at the same time.
Pump and metering

Pump and metering

Two accurate integrated pumping systems.

  • The diesel configuration uses belt-driven pumping units with air separation.
  • Diesel flow options are 50, 70 or 90 LPM per pump; other products need their own compatible dispensing arrangement.
  • Four-piston displacement meters record each issue.
  • Automatic cut-off nozzles and steel-braided hoses for both filling positions.
Site connection

Communications hardware

Connect the managed unit to the network available at your site.

  • 4G/LTE mobile data, LAN/WAN, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, RS232 and RS485 connectivity options. Roaming SIMs and connection options.
  • Non-volatile memory retains data during a power failure.

Fueltek FMO

Two dispensing positions. One FMO view.

The Twin records fuel issued through its configured outlets. FMO brings those transactions into the same management platform, with distinct product records for mixed-fuel installations.

Example FMO screens · Views and records depend on the connected equipment and account permissions. Select an image to view it full size.

Fueltek FMO Reports screen showing transaction, totals, stock, fleet and automated report choices
Reporting across the outlets

FMO provides report choices for the configured transactions from the Twin’s dispensing positions.

Fueltek FMO ID Devices screen showing vehicle, driver, fueller and trailer records with an event list
Access records for the installation

Identity records support the access arrangements configured for the two fuelling positions.

Technical detail

Pump safety and metering

Pump safety, measurement accuracy and the installation conditions are separate parts of the equipment specification.

Technical information

Independent product paths and access arrangements

Two pumps, two meters and two motors allow independent simultaneous dispensing; the tank and product paths must support the chosen combination.

Typical Twin arrangements to specify
CombinationConfiguration considerations
Diesel / dieselA suitable common supply or separate feeds supports simultaneous delivery, with access configured for each outlet.
Diesel / gas oilProducts, compartments, filling connections, feeds and transaction labels remain distinct.
Diesel / AdBlueA separate AdBlue-compatible wetted path has its own flow and meter specification; diesel-side figures do not apply.
AdBlue / AdBlueTwo independent AdBlue-compatible dispensing points can operate simultaneously, each with its own product path and transaction record.
Access on either sideSingle- or double-sided formats and different reader/keypad arrangements are available. Vehicle approach, stopping position, hose reach and departure space shape the layout.

Twin can control up to eight pumps in total with compatible external equipment. Non-volatile memory stores at least 2,000 transactions between downloads; expanded storage is available to specify.
