Online Order Form

Fuel Pump Data Tags.

We know the importance of securely managing onsite fuel storage and diesel fuel pumps. Fueltek data tags help keep operations efficient, secure and traceable. Complete the form below so the data tags can be tailored to your requirements.

Applications and benefits

A data tag identifies the driver, vehicle or asset assigned to it within the configured fuel access process. Used with compatible Fueltek equipment, it helps associate an authorised fuel issue with the record your team needs to review.

  • Define who or what the tag identifies before it is issued.
  • Use the tag as part of the site’s agreed authorisation steps.
  • Review recorded fuel issues against the relevant driver, vehicle or asset.
  • Keep assignments and permissions current when people or equipment change.

Complementary Fueltek products

Data tags work alongside compatible Fueltek dispensing units and monitoring software to authorise fuelling and associate each transaction with a driver, vehicle or asset. Lost or additional tags can be managed through the customer’s approved issue and replacement process.

Choose the intended assignment when requesting a tag. For a replacement, identify the existing record and explain whether the tag was lost or damaged. Include any allocation list in the prepared email.

  • Driver tag: intended to identify a person in the configured workflow.
  • Vehicle tag: intended to identify a particular vehicle.
  • Asset tag: intended to identify a machine or other asset.
