Explore 22 Fueltek case studies, from a single depot replacement to coordinated changes across several sites. See the operating requirement, the equipment and the decisions behind each project.
Diesel and AdBlue storage, dispensing and monitoring in one onsite facility.
CCT Express Freight required a complete onsite solution that could combine substantial fuel storage with controlled dispensing and tank monitoring for a mixed commercial fleet.
A coordinated ten-site migration from ageing equipment to modern Fueltek systems.
Fowler Welch needed ageing fuel management hardware updated across ten individual locations. Because the existing systems were still part of live operations, the changeover had to be coordinated carefully to keep downtime low.
A bespoke plug-and-play monitoring package engineered for tanker integration.
Cobo Tankers needed Fueltek monitoring technology to become part of the tanker build itself rather than a conventional wall or pedestal installation. The equipment also had to be prepared for shipment to Spain and installation by Cobo’s own engineers.
A complete depot replacement built around control, visibility and resilience.
The Davyfield Road depot was operating ageing fuel infrastructure dating back more than three decades. Fueltek was selected to replace the storage and management arrangement while keeping disruption to normal council activity to a minimum.
A phased multi-site rollout built on one consistent fuel management structure.
The relationship began with larger depot equipment and expanded as Cheshire West Recycling took on additional sites. The aim was to keep the same operating logic across the network rather than introduce disconnected systems.
A customer problem that helped shape Fueltek’s DataNozzle approach.
T&M Plant operates a large mobile bowser network supporting major road-building projects. The business needed defensible fuel records for customer invoicing and a process that remained practical for repeated vehicle refuelling in demanding site conditions.
Three fuel products managed through one integrated site system.
S.E. Davis & Son required a complete system capable of handling diesel, gas oil and AdBlue while giving the business one joined-up approach to storage, dispensing, monitoring and reporting.
Nationwide storage, dispensing and monitoring across a major construction-materials network.
GRS Roadstone required replacement and new fuel infrastructure across a nationwide operation. The programme combined large and smaller bunded tanks with managed dispensing, tank monitoring and secure identification technology.
Shared emergency-service fuelling infrastructure across a fifteen-site programme.
The two fire authorities developed a shared specification for resilient onsite fuel storage, dispensing and reporting. The system also needed to support fuel supplied to other public-sector organisations while keeping usage attributable.
Four complete fuel-management sites built from the ground up.
Norfolk Fire & Rescue was introducing fuel management for the first time. The project therefore combined physical infrastructure with training, commissioning and support so the service could operate the new systems confidently.
An operational ownership handover with a clear reporting cut-off.
Responsibility for fuelling sites at Craigentinny and Ferme Park transferred from LNER to Hitachi Rail. The systems had to remain operational while reporting ownership changed at a clearly defined point.
Forty FT4000 systems across three major rail depots.
Fueltek had already supported diesel fuelling at Ferme Park, Craigentinny and Clayhills. The next phase expanded dispensing and monitoring, particularly around AdBlue and additional fuelling points.
Five fuel locations brought under one management and monitoring approach.
Godolphin’s operation depends on fuel for transport, estate work and machinery. Existing equipment was not communicating reliably with reporting software, making reconciliation difficult across remote fuel locations.
These projects illustrate different operating requirements. Your existing equipment, fuel demand and reporting needs determine which configuration suits your site.
These installations formed part of our 2020 project overview. The figures relate to those projects at that time.
CPI Euromix
For this project, we equipped nine sites with a 45,000-litre tank, integrated dispensing and TankWatch at each location, connected through FMO across the company network.
The installation comprised 25 systems at 20 sites and accepted the organisation’s existing fuel cards. Card compatibility for a new installation depends on its reader and control arrangement.
