FT4000AB is available for pump-only or managed dispensing, with a pulse connection for compatible management equipment. A solenoid-controlled dispenser can work with a remote submersible AdBlue pump. Controller and outlet arrangements are matched to the installation.
Managed AdBlue dispensing
Managed FT4000AB dispensing sends the configured AdBlue transaction records to FMO. Vehicle and user identification links each issue to its record, with AdBlue kept distinct from diesel and other site products.
Decide how vehicles and users are identified and how AdBlue issues will be reviewed alongside other site products. Keep each product clearly named in the records.

Technical detail
The fluid needs its own compatible storage and transfer arrangement, from delivery connection to vehicle nozzle.
ISO 22241-3:2017 addresses handling, transportation and storage of AUS 32, the fluid used as AdBlue. It is relevant to the handling specification, not a blanket tank accreditation. ISO publication.
AdBlue storage options include insulation, thermostatically controlled heating and compatible fittings. The installation environment and fluid-handling requirements determine the temperature-control arrangement.
Keep delivery equipment and dispensing components dedicated and compatible. Agree the fluid supplier’s handling and storage requirements, including measures to prevent contamination.
Diesel and AdBlue can share a refuelling location while retaining separate storage, connections and transaction labels. The FT4000AB dispenses AdBlue at 35 LPM.
AdBlue contains 32.5% high-purity urea and 67.5% demineralised water. In compatible SCR exhaust-treatment systems it helps convert nitrogen oxides into nitrogen and water. It is stored separately from diesel.
Consumption varies with vehicle and duty, so there is no universal replenishment interval. Low-level or system warnings can lead to restricted operation or prevent restart, depending on the vehicle. Dedicated compatible equipment protects fluid purity; substitute mixtures and unidentified fluids are unsuitable.
