Fueltek pump configurations include 50, 70, 90, 150 and 180 litre-per-minute options. Availability depends on the selected product and final site specification.
Retain compatible pumps: FT4000
Separate control; connected pumps provide dispensing.
FT4000 provides a separate access-control terminal and can control up to four compatible pumps simultaneously. It adds authorisation and transaction recording around the retained equipment; the connected pump and fuel path determine the dispensing rate.
One cabinet combines the primary pump, metering and control.
FT4000AP combines an internal pump, meter and fuel-management terminal, with control for up to three compatible external pumps. Flow options are 50, 70 or 90 LPM, with 70 LPM standard. Delivered flow depends on the tank supply and complete dispensing arrangement.
Two independent pumping arrangements for simultaneous use.
FT4000AP Twin contains two pumps, two meters and two motors that can operate together. Review the approach and exit route for both positions, the product and access arrangement on each side, and the compatible external pumps that the installation may also need to control.
A higher-flow route, with the complete fuel path assessed.
HSP is available at 90, 150 or 180 LPM, as a pump-only unit or integrated managed system. The tank supply, pipework, hose and nozzle determine the flow delivered at the vehicle. Access control and reporting depend on the configuration.
A higher-flow pumping arrangement, available as pump-only or an integrated managed system.
Larger fills or a higher required dispensing rate justify reviewing the tank supply, pipework, hose and nozzle together.
The number of simultaneous filling positions and the required rate at each position are separate decisions. See the full product comparison for the differences between selected models.

Construction and configuration
The pump range includes stainless-steel cabinets, lockable access, automatic shut-off nozzles and pulsed outputs for connection to fuel management controls. Equipment varies by model and project.
We match hydraulic, electrical, metering and control requirements to your installation, alongside the required flow rate.
A pumping unit draws from the storage arrangement; a dispenser works with a compatible pressure supply. Storage position, pipework, pressure, metering and isolation determine the required equipment.
Simultaneous filling and individual flow rate serve different requirements: two independent outlets can serve two vehicles together, while flow rate affects the dispensing time for an individual fill.
Connected site
FMO From metered issue to fuel records.
Control
Authorised dispensing
The connected fuel-control terminal associates an authorised issue with the configured user, vehicle, asset or tag.
Record
Transaction visibility
Configured fuelling entries and measured quantities become available through FMO for transaction reporting.
Stock
Tank information
TankWatch adds measured stock and delivery information alongside dispensing records where the installation includes tank monitoring.
Report
Fuel Manager Online
FMO gives authorised teams browser-based visibility of the connected fuel point and configured sites.
Example FMO screens · Views and records depend on the connected equipment and account permissions. Select an image to view it full size.
Configured identity records connect the authorised user or vehicle to the fuel issue; these functions require managed dispensing.
Common questions
The right pump for your operating demand.
Which pump speed should a commercial fleet choose?
It depends on vehicle tank sizes, peak queue, hose and pipework, fuel storage and the duty of the installation. We assess those inputs before confirming a pump configuration.
Can a diesel pump connect to fuel management?
Pulsed-output configurations can connect compatible pumps to fuel management controls. The connection depends on the pump model and existing site equipment.
Can two vehicles refuel at once?
The FT4000AP Twin is the relevant route to assess where two pumping duties or simultaneous operation are required.
Plan the complete site
Plan around demand, layout and existing equipment.
Photographs, model details, vehicle types, peak demand and reporting requirements help us assess the right commercial pump arrangement for your site.
EN 13617-1 concerns the safety of metering pumps and dispensers. Its application depends on the equipment model and intended use.
EN 13617-1
BSI’s current 2021 edition addresses safety requirements for metering pumps, dispensers and remote pumping units within its scope. It does not set metering-performance requirements. Read the BSI scope.
Meter accuracy
Meter accuracy depends on the meter specification and test conditions. EN 13617-1 concerns pump and dispenser safety, rather than measurement accuracy.
Hazardous-area documentation
Hazardous-area suitability depends on the equipment marking, certificate conditions and intended use. Manufacturing quality assurance and product certification cover different requirements.
The complete fuel path
Tank position, pipework, filtration, hose and nozzle affect delivered flow. We match the complete fuel path to the required duty.
An integrated dispenser combines several functions that are worth specifying separately.
Air separation
FT4000AP includes air separation in its pumping arrangement. This separates entrained air from the liquid path; filtration and fuel quality remain separate considerations.
Displacement metering
FT4000AP uses a four-piston displacement meter to measure issued volume. Meter calibration, user authorisation and tank stock measurement are separate functions.
Nozzle and hose
Hose reach and nozzle suitability affect how vehicles can position and refuel. Include filler location, vehicle capacity and the full refuelling process when comparing a higher-flow option.
Transaction and totalisers
An individual issue, a period total and a lifetime total answer different questions. Use the same outlet and time period when reconciling dispenser figures with software records.
Product information
FT4000 MID for diesel resale
The FT4000 MID configuration is designed for diesel resale. It is available as an integrated dispenser and fuel-management system or as a standalone pump connected to a compatible approved management system.
Metered diesel delivery
The MID configuration has a 7–70 LPM operating range, stainless-steel housing, belt-driven pumping with integral air separation and a solenoid valve. Its motor uses a 240 V single-phase supply rated at 10 A.
