What it is. What it does. Where it fits.

A high-speed dispensing option for commercial vehicles and operations where large tank fills and rapid turnaround are important.

01

What is it?

A high-speed commercial fuel dispenser available in managed and pump-only configurations.

02

What does it do?

It moves fuel at a higher flow rate to reduce refuelling time while the managed version records authorised transactions.

03

Who normally uses it?

Operations refuelling large vehicles, construction plant or other equipment where faster turnaround is important.

04

What does it connect to?

The site tank, high-flow hose and nozzle, plus Fueltek access control and FMO reporting when supplied as a managed system.

05

Where does it fit?

It is specified as the high-flow dispensing point within a Fueltek installation, subject to site pipework and tank capability.

FT4000 HSP equipment

Hardware High-speed diesel dispensing.

The FT4000 HSP retains the access control and Fueltek FMO capabilities of the FT4000AP while delivering substantially higher flow rates for specialist applications.

Key capabilities

What the FT4000 HSP provides

  • Available at 90, 150 or 180 litres per minute.
  • Can be supplied as a high-speed pump or an integrated high-speed fuel management system.
  • Designed for operations where rapid vehicle or plant turnaround is important.

High-speed pump

High-speed pump

Built for rapid diesel dispensing.

  • Belt-driven pump with air separation.
  • 90, 150 or 180 LPM flow-rate options.
  • A high-speed flow meter measures dispensed fuel to ±0.5% accuracy.
  • Automatic cut-off or manual nozzle options.
Access methods

Access methods

On the managed HSP, compatible identification links the measured diesel issue to the configured records available in FMO.

Site connection

Communications hardware

Connect the managed unit to the network available at your site.

  • Available communication options include 4G/LTE mobile data, LAN/WAN network interfaces, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and RS232/RS485 links. We configure the connection around your equipment and the network available at your site. Roaming SIMs and connection options.

Fueltek FMO

High-speed dispensing with FMO visibility.

In the managed HSP configuration, recorded fuel issues are uploaded to FMO for browser-based reporting. Pump-only units need a separate compatible fuel-control arrangement for transaction reporting.

Example FMO screens · Views and records depend on the connected equipment and account permissions. Select an image to view it full size.

Technical detail

Pump safety and metering

Pump safety, measurement accuracy and the installation conditions are separate parts of the equipment specification.

Technical information

High-speed duty, terminal control and retained records

The high-speed configuration must be selected around the whole dispensing installation.

Flow selection

The standard HSP flow is 150 LPM, with 90 and 180 LPM options. Delivered flow depends on the tank supply, pipework and vehicle filling arrangement.

Managed terminal

The managed HSP controls one internal and up to three compatible external pumps, with configurable keypad prompts.

Stored records

The managed terminal stores at least 2,000 transactions between downloads in non-volatile memory, with expanded storage available to specify. Recorded data survives a mains interruption; dispensing still needs power.

Display totals

The dispensing display shows up to 9,999.9 litres. Period and lifetime totalisers show up to 9,999,999 litres, keeping individual issues separate from cumulative totals.

Your quotation sets out the electrical supply, meter, accuracy, hose, nozzle and equipment configuration for the installation.

Product information

Pump construction and safety

The FT4000 HSP is manufactured to EN 13617-1 and conforms to ATEX requirements. Its equipment marking and installation conditions determine suitability for the intended location.
