What does it do?
It authorises, meters and records AdBlue dispensing using components selected for the fluid.
Who normally uses it?
Commercial fleets and depots that store and issue AdBlue alongside diesel, HVO or other site fuels.
What does it connect to?
The AdBlue storage arrangement, dispenser controls, selected user or vehicle identification and Fueltek FMO.
Where does it fit?
It provides the dedicated AdBlue dispensing point within a single-product or wider mixed-fuel Fueltek installation.
FT4000AB equipment
Hardware AdBlue dispensing.
The FT4000AB is designed for commercial transport organisations dispensing AdBlue. Its Fuel Access Control Terminal and AdBlue-compatible pumping hardware can operate as part of a wider Fueltek network using the same FMO software as other Fueltek products.
What the FT4000AB provides
- Quarter-VGA backlit graphics display with plain-English messages and a heavy-duty alphanumeric telephone-style keypad.
- Datatag is the standard access method; magnetic-card and DataNozzle readers are available as alternatives for compatible configurations.
- The managed terminal stores 2,000 transactions between downloads in non-volatile memory, retaining recorded data during a power failure.
- Can be supplied as an integrated managed system or as a pump-only unit.
- Stainless-steel cabinet designed for harsh environments.
AdBlue pump
Purpose-built controlled dispensing.
- Dedicated AdBlue-compatible pumping or remote-pump dispensing arrangement.
- FT4000AB dispenses AdBlue at 35 litres per minute using a direct-drive rotary-vane pump.
- The motor operates on a 240 V single-phase, 6 A supply. A nutating-disc meter provides a pulsed output with ±0.5% accuracy.
- Standard equipment includes a 3.66 m AdBlue hose and a ½-inch automatic cut-off nozzle.
Communications hardware
Connect the managed unit to the network available at your site.
- Available communication options include 4G/LTE mobile data, LAN/WAN network interfaces, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and RS232/RS485 links. We configure the connection around your equipment and the network available at your site. Roaming SIMs and connection options.
Network integration
The managed AdBlue unit can share FMO with the site’s other Fueltek equipment, while retaining separate product records.

Integrated pump or pump-only supply
The pump and management arrangement can be supplied to suit the installation. A pulse output supports compatible fuel-management measurement, with the interface matched to the receiving system.
Remote-pump dispenser
FT4000AB can use solenoid-controlled dispensing with a remote submersible AdBlue pump. The remote pump, controls and fluid path form one compatible installation.
Pump control
The FT4000AB controls one internal pump. A solenoid-controlled dispenser is available for installations using a remote submersible AdBlue pump.
Fueltek FMO
AdBlue records alongside your fleet fuel.
The managed FT4000AB records AdBlue issues through the same FMO platform used by other Fueltek products. This keeps AdBlue visible alongside the site’s other products without treating it as diesel.
- Authorised users can generate, view and print reports from an internet-connected device and manage access devices, driver and fueller tables, and stock records.
- FMO can send vehicle or driver messages to the terminal. A pump-only unit needs a separate compatible control arrangement for these functions.
