We supplied an 82,000-litre, three-compartment tank for Glasgow and a 40,000-litre diesel installation with FT4000AP Twin and TankWatch for Warrington. Each layout was designed around the available depot space.

The two facilities gained managed fuel storage and dispensing. These are project capacities, rather than standard tank sizes or a statement of the customer’s current equipment.
Equipment and quantities shown relate to this customer’s installation at the time of the project.
Product information
The 82,000-litre tank measured 3 m wide × 3.5 m high × 13 m long. Its three compartments held 70,000 litres of diesel, 6,000 litres of gas oil and 6,000 litres of AdBlue.
Three offset fill points provided separate tanker-delivery connections. The installation included TankWatch, an electronic contents gauge, bund and overfill alarms, a mains distribution board and an internal light with an internal switch.
The 40,000-litre diesel installation measured 3 m wide × 3.5 m high × 6.3 m long and housed an FT4000AP Twin.
Equipment included TankWatch contents gauging, bund and overfill alarms, a mains distribution board, an internal light with an internal switch and an offset 75 mm fill point for tanker deliveries.
These dimensions and equipment arrangements relate to the Hovis projects. They are not standard FS tank sizes.
