Planning guide
Upgrade, expand or replace your fuel system
Start with the constraint: capacity, reliability, access or information.

01Retain suitable infrastructure
An existing pump may remain useful when the main requirement is renewed control and reporting. Confirm its interfaces and condition before selecting a standalone terminal.
02Expand for additional demand
Extra vehicles may need additional dispensing points, greater storage or a different traffic layout. Measure the full refuelling process; a faster pump alone does not resolve an access bottleneck.
03Modernise the records
Review identifiers, required prompts, reporting responsibilities and communications. Agree how historic information and active users move to the new arrangement.
04Change the product mix carefully
Adding AdBlue or changing the stored fuel requires a review of the complete wetted system, storage and vehicle requirements. Confirm the proposed product with Fueltek before selecting equipment.
05Plan a controlled changeover
Coordinate installation with site operations, verify the new records and train users. Document what will remain available during the work and how any temporary arrangement will be managed.
