Managing fuel across multiple sites
Make local fuel records comparable without losing each site’s operating context.

01Use consistent identifiers
Agree site names, vehicle records, driver assignments and product labels before a rollout. Define who maintains those records and how vehicles moving between depots are handled.
02Keep local operation clear
Each fuel point needs a defined authorisation and dispensing process. Central reporting does not replace local procedures, physical checks or a delivery driver’s responsibilities.
03Define access and ownership
Decide who can view a site, change records and administer identifiers. Give reporting handovers a clear cut-off and preserve the history needed by each party.
04Check the connection before the conclusion
Compare like-for-like periods and check when each site last communicated. An older tank reading or delayed transaction upload can distort a comparison.
05Roll out in workable stages
Survey existing equipment, agree the migration sequence, test records and train the people using each site. Retain suitable infrastructure where the specification supports it.
Your site
Turn the requirement into a specification.
Discuss the equipment, information and support your operation needs.
